On New Year’s Eve we just went to bed because I knew at
midnight that the fireworks would wake us up and they did they were so loud,
they echo off of the buildings here. They went on for about an hour it was fun
to watch. People can buy the big fireworks like they use at firework shows in
the U.S. so there are fireworks going
off all over the city. It is really
crazy to me that it is January 2012 already.
